Application and Payment Process
For inquiries and applications regarding our concierge service and POKER tournament escort service, please use the email form on our contact page. We usually respond within two business days. If you do not receive a reply after two days, please send an email directly to info.garyosc@gmail.com.
If you are receiving emails via iCloud email (@icloud.com), or Outlook email (@outlook.com), you may not receive Gmail from us. In that case, please check the email settings on your device.

If you wish to make an inquiry or apply, please fill in the required information and submit it via the email form on the [Contact Us] page. You can also apply via LINE (LINE ID: csgaryo).
We will reply to you.
After reviewing the information you provided and reaching an agreement after several message exchanges, we will send you an invoice via email or LINE. If you wish to customize the package, we will send you a quote tailored to your requirements. Please note that we may ask you some questions when preparing the quote.
Payment of fees/bank transfer
Once you have reviewed the invoice, please transfer the payment in a lump sum. Generally, this should be done via our Wise international money transfer account. Any bank transfer fees will be the responsibility of the client. Once we confirm receipt of the payment, we will send you a receipt via email or LINE.
In case you would like to customize the service, we will communicate with you via email and provide you with a quote via email. If you require a written contract, please let us know and we will send it to you as an email attachment.
If you require additional services during your stay, payment can be made in cash to the concierge or via our Wise international money transfer account.
