Food and drinks (including takeout) at bars, lounges, restaurants, etc. are subject to a charge, but some establishments accept meal vouchers earned through points.

⑨ Arrange for Casino Escort Girls

Casino escort girls enhance the customer's gaming experience with smiles and engaging conversation. They fully utilize their character to potentially become lucky charms during jackpot opportunities. They also play an important role as intermediaries between the concierge and the customer when ordering anything. They do not provide any services of a sexual nature, such as hotel escort.

⑩ Communication, message, and storage services

Within the IR resort, we are often unable to answer phone calls and messages from family or company. By providing the other party with our designated contact information (LINE or email) in advance, we will forward any messages or calls we receive. We will also keep records of communications and messages until your return home.

Interpretation is one of our concierge's areas of expertise, so we can handle any request without any problems.

⑫ Emergency response and arrangements

A clinic is permanently located within the IR (Integrated Resort). For minor injuries, treatment can be provided there. An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is also kept within easy reach, and emergency staff are on standby to respond immediately. A concierge is available to provide interpretation services. Additional charges may apply.

Ambulances are stationed within the IR (Integrated Resort) and can be used for emergency transport to affiliated hospitals. Concierges are also available to accompany interpreters, ensuring comprehensive emergency response (additional charges may apply).
